The Power of Intention

by AJ de’Shay

Hi, I’m AJ de’Shay and I’m here to talk to you today about intentions. The definition of the word intention is the thing that you plan to do or achieve. Intention is the aim or purpose you have in life.

One of my main intentions in my life is to get a good education so I can have a better future for myself and for my family.  Another one of my intentions in life is to attend film school and become one of the best directors like George Lucas and Steven Spielberg.  My purpose is to show people that even if you have a disability like Autism, you can do and be anything in life.

Sometimes intentions could be good or bad, and you get to choose which path you follow. Good intentions produce good results and bad intentions produce bad or negative results. I believe that you are only as good as your intentions.

In my lifetime I intend to be an honest person and always speak kind words. I will not harm anyone and will always be respectful. I intend to have my good actions and determination serve as a beacon of light that will hopefully inspire others.

Put First Things First

by

Hello, my name is Isaiah Manuel,

The habit I will be talking about today is “put first things first.”  Lots of people think that putting first things first means to do your homework and then to play. It’s not that simple. It actually means to be “proactive” by doing what is needed to be done when it needs to be done. It means to be clear about your priorities and acting on them.  This explains half of “put first things first”. The other half is the person who gets things done, who makes things happen instead of waiting for miracles to happen.  Both of these parts of “first things first” have good meaning so make sure you take them seriously.

Thank you for your time.

Love America!

God bless you
