I moved to Arizona 19 years ago from California, where I began my teaching career. At an early age (9 years old), I knew I was destine to be a teacher. With time off to raise my two children, I have been teaching for 22 years.
I have been married to my wonderful husband for almost 24 years. I have a daughter who will be a freshman at ASU and a son who will be entering High School this year. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, running, spending time with my family, and hiking South Mountain.
In everything I do, I am guided by my values and my faith.
I believe that each day gives me the opportunity to start over and learn something new.
I strive, always, to encourage and support the dreams and aspirations of others.
I honor and respect others differences.
I am fair.
I will always be guided by my desire to make a difference in a child’s life.
